The Codes Forum

Definitely is spelt with an i not an a. Interestingly it is one of the most common misspellings, and I can't think why. I myself spelt it with an a until just a few months ago.

We are recording an EP this August, which will take several days but will give us a chance to release 3 brand new songs for you all to have for FREE! They will be available for free download in the music section on this website, or on the myspace by the end of the month. We hope you enjoy them!

We will be playing the Charlotte on the 15th September with The Screening, Kalena and the Elite. 3 of Leicester's finest bands, and it will definitely be a great gig! Please print off a flyer from our myspace, or ask a band member to get in for £4!

Club Reo is a very popular event and if you want to go you have to buy tickets. They cost 5 pounds and you can get them off any member of the band. Please buy them as soon as possible so you don't miss out.

For everyone who couldn't go or stay to the end last night we unfortunatly didn't make it through to the final. The Picks and Kalena were the 2 winners so well done boys. We wish you luck in the final.
We would firstly like to thanks everyone that came to support us. Regardless of the fact we didn't go through it was an awesome gig with everyone dancing/moshing and showing us outstanding support. We really appreciate it so thank you all.
We would also like to thank Val for this oppourtunity as the OBS competition has been great for The Codes and has driven us to go on and become a better band.

Firstly, thanks to everyone who came on Sunday afternoon. It was a wicked gig, was great to see everyone dancing/moshing/having a good time. Also, to anyone who wore a Codes tshirt, they looked awesome! So if you haven't heard or weren't there - WE'RE THROUGH TO THE SEMI FINALS!
It's this Friday (the 22nd) at The Shed again, at 6:30, £4 with flyer as usual.

If any of you had been at the Enter Shikari bbc radio theatre gig, you would know they are the best band in the world right now.

The entire website has been rewritten! New features include an upgraded forum and faster site access.
But the best new feature is the photo gallery! Not only can you easily view The Codes photos, you can submit your photos of the band to be put in the gallery! If you've taken any pictures- no need to worry about e-mailing them to anyone, just upload them to the gallery for approval!
To upload photos, you need to register on the forum. This also gives you access to commenting on photos.
